Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And The Swollen Skin Under Chin

i have a sore throat and the skin under my chin is swollen a little and its itchy. i just started my work out and it started itching and burning more then it has been. There is no color other then my scratches no bums it honestly just looks like a little fat but i dont think fat can come up over night like that and its tender. Is this a side effect to my cold or an allergic reaction which i have been tested for in the past and am not allergic to any thing major

It is likely an allergic reaction to some agent. It is not likely related to the presence of fat.

You can consider trying a mild topical steroid to see if it helps to relieve the rash.
An example would be hydrocortisone.
