Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Tonsillitis

I am having sore throat as well as tounsils from past 3 months. But the tounsils didn`t pains but sore throat pains me a lot. When consult to the ENT, he gives me some antibiotics as a result only the pain goes but not the problem. Again after sometime pain occurs. I had almost stopped eating ouside. One ENT told me that ur nose bone is bend that is why it occurs. I don`t know wheather to go for tounsils operation or nose operation. Please help.
