General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi . Sorry to hear about your problem.
Seeing upon your description , it seems that you are suffering from a throat infection that is causing the symptoms of pain in throat, fever and enlarged lymph nodes. You need a short course of appropriate antibiotics. Additionally you may need anti-inflammatory agents. So my advice at the moment is to visit a general practitioner near you and get a prescription. Wishing you best of health.
Regards.
