Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And White Patch On Tonsils

hi... I have sore throat for almost 1 week...my tonsils were reddish and have just a small white patch,its tender when I am swallowing.. I took an antibiotic, cotrimoxazole 800mg twice a day and its my 5th day o taking it.. i always gurgled bactidol... but still its aching.. the white patch is sstill there.. what should i do? pls. help me...

Hi,I have gone through your query . You are having follicular tonsilitis.
Continue antiseptic mouthwash with chlorhexidine , Plenty of fluids ,
Take Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination , Antibiotic azithromycin , Vit C for 5 days.Hope this information helps you.
