Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat, Body Pain, Dry Cough And Indigestion

Hello doctor.

I had a sex with a girl last 1 month before with safely using condoms,but in the mean time I have also oral interaction with her vegina

For the last 2 days I got sore throat,body pain, dry cough,nausea, indigestion and throat node.

But I don't have anything like fever,night sweats etc.i am terribly afraid now and does not concentrate anything.please advice me for the further

Well, the symptoms that you are explaining can be due to Viral Infection and not necessarily due to any sexually transmitted infections..

Sore throat, body pain and other symptoms can be probably related to viral infection..

So my suggestion is to consult an Emergency room and get evaluated..
A throat swab culture and blood test can be done to confirm the diagnosis..

In case if it is viral infection then a combination of Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen can help in reducing pain and inflammation..
Do warm saline gargles and antiseptic mouthwash gargles..
Suck throat lozenges and chew a Vitamin C pellet daily to improve immunity..
Take cough suppressant syrup to reduce cough..

If there is secondary bacterial infection then antibiotics can be advised..
