Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat, Diarrhea And Bruise On The Arm

Not sure if my recent problems are related, but four weeks ago got sore throat, lost voice for 4 days, then persistent cough since. Then my daughter caught stomach flu, which passed to my son, then my wife and me. They all had symptoms of throwing up, but mine was diarrhea and has lasted longer; now at day 3. Just noticed I have a big bruise on my right arm, don t remember bumping it and have never bruised before in my life. Also have soreness behind hinge of my jaw on right side.

I am giving you general tips for Diarrhoea/Loose motion

1. Avoid food from outside, and fatty, fried spicy, heavy food

2. Lot of fluid to be taken

3. Start ORS ( dissolve one packet in one liter of clean drinking water and to be consumed in whole day)

4. take freshly prepared home made light food like moong dal, chapati, Dalia, Khichdi

And take following medications

Capsule Racecadotril twice a day for 3 days
Capsule Bifilac once a day after food for 5 days

For Bruise just wait it will disappear in 10-15 days for pain you can apply Nanofast gel for 2-3 days

Further treatment can be done after complete evaluation
