Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat, Fatigue, Dizziness, Cough, Headaches And Runny Nose

Started as a sore throat for 2 days. Followed by 2 days of fatigue, dizzyness, coughs, headaches, and runny nose. Then after that it has been 10 days of cough, runny nose, and periodic headaches caused by coughing. Any suggestions on how to make it go away faster?
