Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat, Fever And Head Ache

Hello just curious as to what may be wrong with me, if anything. I have been experiencing changes in temperature, but I am not running a fever. I am congested, have a sore throat and mild headache. I was feeling slightly nauseated last night but that seems to have passed. My stool has small black specks in it, but I did recently eat banana bread that had black specs on it as well so I don t know if that matters. Also 3 weeks ago I had pain in my lower left abdomen and was constipated, but that has also passed. More worried about the temperature changes are they are very annoying and uncomfortable.
