Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat, Fever And Small Spots On The Hand

My son started with a sore throat, culture and test showed no strep. He then developed a fever for 24 hours (101) he now has pimple like spots in his mouth and pin like dots on his hands. It appeared that his face broke out over night but now I am questioning that since he has dots on his hands?
