Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat Followed By Fever And Nausea

Hi, went to bed last night with slight pain in my throat. Woke up and it was ten times painful.... Can t stand for long, mild fever and nauseous. I m not 100% sure but I think I saw spots on the back of throat. Should I assume strep? And if so, being that I do not have a dr or insurance, what can I do to aid in the recovery?

Read your query as you have slight pain in throat, fever and nausea this can be due to strep throat or viral infection . For this I will suggest you to consult Ent surgeon for examination of throat . inmeantime do warm saline gargle 2 to 3 times a day and you can take medicine like Azithromycin with allegra by consulting with local doctor .
