Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat While Having Epiglottitis

My epligottis is visible. It never has been before and I have a minor soar throat. When I swallow, I sometimes feel as though I m swallowing hair, and sometimes like a little lego piece. I went to urgent care and the doctor seemed very relaxed about it but I m truly concerned. He prescribed a gargle and antibiotic and said that being able to see tour epligottis is normal. Again, it s never been visible to my eyes and I ve been all inside my mouth before (tonsil stones, cleaning tounge, etc.)

Sore throat might be related to inflammation or infection of the upper respiratory tract

If you can provide me more details, I will be able to guide you better
your age and relevant medical history
Since how long you have this problem?
Are you running fever or having stuffy nose

In my opinion you should complete the course of antibiotics which you might have started by now and keep on doing gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash.
You should also take multivitamins supplements especially Vitamin C and B complex
