hi okay i started getting a sore throat two weeks ago and it became a bad cough. i started getting that under control and i started gettting whole body aches my joints hurt nausea no appitite my nose is stuffy my lymph nodes in my neck are really swollen and i woke up this mornin and my eyes are gunky and hurt can you help

It may be due to viral infection.
For further assessment you may require blood investigation including complete blood count, throat swab after physician consultation.
Till then continue Saline or Betadine gargles twice a day.
For body ache you can take tablet acetaminophen
Keep your self hydrated. Take balanced diet.
