Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat With Muscle Aches

Hi, I m a 24 year old female and am currently living in Managua Nicaragua as a volunteer. Two weeks ago, I started to have a sore throat, stuffy nose and head. It quickly turned into a chest cold and I got a fever and achey muscles. I thought I was getting better towards the end of last week, but two days ago, my sore throat came back full force. I m experiencing achey muscles, concentrated in my lower back and at my hip bones as well as swollen glands. Thanks for any help you re able to give!
