Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat?

hi.my lips r feeling dry n i jus realize my mouth looks a bit yellowish.my throat feels sore n hav a lump under my chin,have a lil cold as well,i am taking Cefalexin 250mg for infrction in my toe due to ingrown nail...started them 3 days ago..do u think am having n alergic reaction?

sore throat with lymph node( under the chin) suggests infection. cephalexin will not cause any throat reaction, it best works for throat infections. continue same antibiotic with salt water gargling.
