Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat

The right side of my throat is sore, seems to be the tonsil. Not red or cover in mucus or pus, looks fine but larger than left. Pain had come and gone over last three weeks. Gone for a few days, comes back. Usually worse towards end of day and in AM. No other symptoms at all, but did have very bad site throat, cold one month ago.

•     Not treating is an option as many throat infections are mild and soon get better.

•      Parasitamol or ibuprofen for pain
•     Other gargles, lozenges, and sprays that you can buy at pharmacies may help to soothe a sore throat. However, they do not shorten the illness.
