Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat

Hi, I have a sore, red, scratchy throat, increased phlegm production especially when I wake up in the morning. My lymph nodes in my neck are slightly swollen and now I have noticed a red soft lump on the roof of my mouth and it is slightly discolored (grey) around the lump. Any idea what the hell is wrong with me :(

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The sore throat can be because of the bacterial infection leading to peritonsillar abscess. Nothing to be panic, consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like ciprofloxacin (if you are not allergic). Do saline gargling.
I hope I have answered your query, take care.
