Suggest Treatment For Sore Vagina And Discharge

After having very rough, and somewhat dry sex. My right labia minora & overall vaginal area is extremely sore. Very uncomfortable walking, sitting, everything basically. I do not feel pain if I sit in a hot bath tub. I have recently started using a summers eve body wash, but I have had sex since then and there wasn t a problem. Urinating is very painful, very little discharge. Pain almost brings me to tears. Also I have been with the same sex partner for over a year now and this is the first time this had ever happened. Please help!
