Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Bleeding In Vagina After Cystitus

hi, I'm 20 years old and have had cystitus for 2 weeks which has now gone but I've been left with really burnt skin around my vagina. Its so sore it bleeds sometimes and is very sore to touch. Its got to the point i'm crying when i go to the toilet because the urine is getting in the sore bits. What can i do?
