Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Indent On Buttock
I have a sore towards the top of my buttcrack and it isn t sore. it is like an indent or dimple. I sometimes bleeds from wiping it when I go to the bathroom. I am not sure if it is from sweating a lot like a pimple or what. Hopefully you could help me. Thank you
It may be inter gluteal intertrigo. Bacterial and fungal infection may be responsible. Wetness, perspiration, soap, poor immunity..etc may exacerbate the disease. Kindly consult the dermatologist.
Antihistaminics, anti fungi, antibiotic and steroids in tappering dose might improve the disease. You may apply combined cream of steroid and antibiotic. Avoid soap. You may take Sitz bath in tub full of water mixed with few drops of dettol.
Keep the area dry and improve hygiene and immunity.
Hope for the early recovery.
Thanks.
