Hi Dear,
Welcome to HCM.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have soreness and itchiness in arms when diagnosed with
atopic eczema , well there can be many reasons for eczema like cosmetics products , pets , pollens , certain viruses and bacteria , weather , food like nuts and seafood . In your case the probable reasons is
seasonal allergy and due to hormonal changes. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to clean your skin by washing with cold water and mild soap , stay in moist environment , avoid sun exposure and take anti
histamine twice a day . Do not scratch your skin as it can lead to secondary infection , rather apply cold compresses to skin to reduce irritation . If condition doesn't get improve or get worse then consult allergy specialist for proper examination . Doctor will take history and try to find out the trigger factor . Doctor may order allergy test . Doctor may give
adrenaline if the condition is severe to prevent
anaphylaxis . It is very important to find out aggravating factors .
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
