Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Light Headedness After Hitting Head

Hi, I hit my head yesterday evening on a grand father clock hangin on the wall. There was no blood and there is no bump. I did have a headache so I took an aleve. I was also dizzy and tired. Today my head is still sore, I do not have a headache, but I just feel like there is pressure (kind of like when you are getting into an airplane) and I did get lightheaded a couple of times, also the back of my neck is a little sore.

Welcome to healthcare magic! Was the impact severe? It would be advisable to get your CT scan done to rule out head injury. Did you vomit after injury? Better to consult doctor to rule out intracranial bleeding.
