Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Pain In Back With Disc Protrusion

I am 34 years old. I have 6mm disc protrusion in L4-L5 and 1mm in L3 and 2mm L5-S1. I have been doing therapy for 8 weeks and the pain has reduced in the back but still everyday I get soreness in the back and significant pain (5 - 6) down my leg. To continue my day I have to do pressups and stretches else the pain gets worse. Should I be considering surgery or injections or continue with therapy
