Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Spots On The Genitals

Hi me and my partner have been so sexual active since new year and just a few days ago my private part has been really sore and discharge kindah smell same with my partner he has little red spots on his penis and his penis smells exactly the same as my private part discharge can you please help us with this as i am freaking out this is the first time this happens to me and I really need to know if there s any medication we can both take to cure this please help

Thanks for following up. The most common cause is Candidiasis. I need more details about your discharge, is it white color with smell of curd? We should treat both partners. For local therapy you apply clotrimazole cream on glans and body of penis. Clotrimazol(antifungal agent) you can use for vaginal thrush 2 times during 5-6 days. Take 1 tablet of FLUCONAZOLE 150mg (Diflucan) for single dose 1 day only. If it will not help then you can do bacteriological and fungal test from vagina, cervix and urethra and your partner -from urethra and glans of penis.It can be also banal bacterial(streptococcal and etc)infection.
