Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Swelling In Shin After Injury

I received a sharp blow to my shin recently. It broke the skin & bled a lot but also clearly damaged bone. After 2 weeks it still is sore & swells some. The bruising is gone so I'm wondering if I could have fractured the bone since it is stii sensitive.
