Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Swelling In The Foot

I have a really sore foot not sure why it has got worse over the last week started on tues it seems to hurt when I put pressure on it and also when I lift it ......seems to be slightly better when I m using it and worse when I rest it and first go to stand on it very painful......it is slightly swollen and red worst area is where the toes meet the foot and the top of the foot .......that s about it .

Hello
There some common causes for such kind of pain. One is injury to foot whoch you must be knowing whether you have hurt your foot or not. Second is stress fracture which occurs in people who has work which require excessive walking. Third is plantar fascitis which is persistent.
The treatment would to go for xray of foot (AP and Lateral view) first. Second is to take tablet combiflam three tines a day. Third is to do ice foementation for 10minutes twice a day.
If possible visit an orthopaedician.
