Suggest Treatment For Soreness In Feet And Tiredness With FSHMD

I have Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy I am 26 I have a mild kind but I have specail shoe and nead brace but I am find that top of my feet are geting really sore and that my legs are geting tried more and I am geting more tried then I ever was I have be in track and Field for Specail Olympice this year I find that my feet can't do it why and what can I do to help me not be in pain
