Suggest Treatment For Soreness In Leg, Arms And Wrist While Having Fibromyalgia

I have fibromyalgia and for three days I have been in serious pain. But my leg calves are sore and hurting, my arms and wrist. I don t remember have this in the back of my leg before. Any input? I have had it since 1993. I have been disabled since 93, I can t pay for this. Waist of both our time.
