Suggest Treatment For Soreness In Sole Of The Feet

i woke the this am, and as soon as i hit the floor to walk i noticed the soles of my feet were sore like i almost burned them, they have continued to stay that way all day. I have done nothing to aggravate them at all. what could this possibly mean?
