Suggest Treatment For Soreness In The Joints

The skin on my knuckles (both hands and feet) is sore/mildly itchy/generally uncomfortable. It feels thick and strange. This happens after my hands/feet have swollen due to lots of walking/being hot/slightly dehydrated. The knuckle area even after the skin has gone back to normal remains sore. The joint however for all is unaffected. What could this be and how can I treat & prevent it in future?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Most probably dehydration or dryness of the skin due to dry air or a dry atmosphere, and I would recommend good hydration when you are out and also the use of a good skin moisturizer.

Best wishes.
