Suggest Treatment For Soreness In The Lower Back And Buttocks

Hello, I am 14 years old, 5' 5", and an active participant in sports like baseball, basketball, and soccer. Recently my lower back has become soar, specifically the part right above the butt. I am still growing so my parents and I suspect it could be a growth plate problem. Do you have any thoughts?
