Suggest Treatment For Soreness In The Wrist

few weeks ago i fell over, and saved myself with my hands, the left hand is for some days now really sore on top of my wrist, i believe this is the lunate disc, when i press that area it is really painful, and it is swollen. should i get this checked out. many thanks.
