Suggest Treatment For Soreness In Throat

I accidently swallowed less than a teaspoon of household hydrogen peroxide on Wenesday morning. It frothed and came right back up after a few seconds. I drank some water and outside of a little queasiness, I didn t experience any further problems. Well, since last night, my throat has been very sore. I wouldn t go so far a burning but definitely sore and swallowing food feels uncomfortable. Should I see a doctor or just allow it to heal on its own?

The soreness in the throat can be because of the burn caused by the hydrogen peroxide. Nothing to be panic, it will heal in 3-5 days. If it does not subside, then consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while do saline gargling.
