Suggest Treatment For Soreness Near Vagina With Red Rashes

a few days ago I started having irritation and soreness near my vagina. now I have small dry patches of redness/yellowish rash looking things near vagina and close to anus. it s near the inside and outer edges of vagina and when urine touches it it burns. certain positions hurt the rash too. what is this?
