Suggest Treatment For Soreness On Penis Tip

Hi my girlfriend and I have had sex 3 or 4 times in the last 48 hrs, and I noticed my penis felt kinda sore on the tip and then after I showered after the fourth time we had sex I noticed a small cut or scrape on the tip. I know she didn t get as wet as she usually does the 3rd and 4th time. Can that have been the cause or is it something else?

Hi,

The cause of your symptoms is unrelated to oral see you have received. From the clinical picture provided it appears to be Balanitis (inflammation of the glans penis).

As other test are negative it is very reassuring. I would suggest you the following
1. Clean the glans penis thrice a day with lukewarm water and mild soap
2. Local application of combination of anti-fungal like Clotrimazole and steroid like Betamethasone applied will be curative
