Today I have done nothing but lay in bed, and I seem to be getting more stiff. Should I continue resting, or move around some more, or see my Dr
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Soreness what you are experiencing in the back appears that it could be caused by muscular spasm caused due to physical strain. Kindly do the following to overcome it. 1. Take Tablet. Diclofenac with Chloroxazone, which has analgesic and muscle relaxant functions and would help you to get relief from it. Kindly take this medication after food. 2. You can apply ice packs on the sore areas of the back intermittently. 3. Smear a thin layer of topical analgesic gel over the sore areas at bedtime. Gradually, you should feel better and get relieved from the symptoms. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
