Suggest Treatment For Soreness, Tenderness And Redness Around Penis Shaft

My penis feels really sore and tender, I have redness around the sharfd but on the tip it s a darkish purple, I m a Virgin and I ve never had oral sex for anyone, I m circumcised and I don t know what to do, I have pins and needles and it feels really hot when I pee. Please help

I understand your problem and concern.
From your history it seems that you are suffering from infection of the skin of penis and this may have now infected your urinary tract. First of all wash your genitals with warm water and keep it dry. Apply antibacterial+antifungal+steroid (combination) ointment thrice daily till lesions disappear.
Secondly take oral Antibiotic like Norfloxacin twice daily for 5 days under your physicians guidance. This will clear your Urinary tract infection.
Visit your dermatologist. He will examine your lesions and prescribe you medicine accordingly.
