Suggest Treatment For Sores In The Legs And Thighs

I m a very big guy, but on the back of both legs in the thigh area I have developed sores that feel like burns that are scabing over that go from the center of the back to almost my inner thigh that are very sore and sometimes crack and bleed when I m sitting or when try to clean the area

Use Dermovate-NN cream on effected area 3 times a day
Keep area dry and avoid pressure on that area if possible
If infected use tab Augmentin 1g two times a day for 6 days too.
