Hi,

Noted your history of having systemic Scleroderma, hives and rashes on body and sores in mouth.
This can be due to some allergic reaction or flareup of your disease.
You will need the following in such a case:
Consult your Rheumatologist for proper evaluation.
Relevant blood tests.
Prescription based medications to control all the problems.
Avoid dehydration as oral lesions reduce oral intake.
You may also have second opinion of a Dermatologist and an ENT Surgeon so that a proper evaluation and combined treatment would help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
