Suggest Treatment For Sores In Vagina With Bleeding

i have some type of sore on my vagina...now it hurts when i urinate, but it didnt before...there is also some type of bleeding...at first i thought i sratched myself wiping, but now it seems to have this whitish scaby fleshy thing over it and it hurts....do you know what this can be????
