Suggest Treatment For Sores On Back Of Calf And Thighs

My boy friend has sores poping up on the back of his calf and thigh, back side of forearms. They are red, warm to the touch and the size of a half dollar, then a head forms puss comes out then a core then more puss then it s empty and leaves a concaved area the size of eraser on a pencil. What can this be? He says they are painful and hurt if I barely touch it.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, infective lesion may be possible and this can be managed with anti-inflammatory drugs and antibiotic and care need to be taken for wound in medicines best are "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day and Tab Amoxicillin with clavulanic acid" twice in day if condition becomes worse then this need to be seen clinically, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
