I have had no Sexual Activity in 2 years and have never had sex Within this Area so I know this in No way is an STD (just needed to mention this info). However I do have COPD and I m on Oxygen, Never Smoke in 1 1/2 years but I don t think this has anything to do with this Issue....I m sending 2 pictures....I m just wondering what s Causing this or what these Sores could be.

Hello,

You never had any STD and have not indulged in sexual activity in 2 years. Now you are experiencing sores on the buttocks. Since you have sores you should get clinically examined and also get STD and HPV tests done to stay on the safer side. You will be accordingly treated with antivirals if positive tests are obtained.

If diabetic maintain your blood glucose level at all cost. Cut on sugar and carbohydrate. Warm compression will ease discomfort. You can take Combiflam, one stat when needed after food to ease pain and swelling. Do not touch, pick or scratch. If it is boil / carbuncle, take a course of Augmentin. Your treating doctor may drain it if needed. Stay away from addictions if any. Take care of your hygiene.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
