Suggest Treatment For Spasms In Hip And Left Leg

I stretched my hamstrings for the first time in ages and now i have terrible spasms in my left buttock and my left leg and I can hardly walk for more than a minute on that leg. I am 62. Had spinal fusion of L5 S1 and I've been in bed with this for a week because my back dr. is out of town til tueday.
