Suggest Treatment For Speech Impairment And Weakness In Upper Limbs

I am 60 Yrs/Male/5'4"/Dibetic patient experiencing difficulty in speaking since last night. I am also experiencing tingling and weakness along my upper limbs and having difficulty in moving them. It seems as if 40% extra effort is required then normal to move my limbs.Please advice what should be done.

Welcome to healthcare magic!You need to rule out stroke ,disturbance in brain function due to reduced blood supply to brain. Get your CT scan brain done. Consult neurologist or your physician immediately.
