Suggest Treatment For Speech Problem,lack Of Concentration And Loss Of Balance

Doctor I am 53 year old. For last year, I am suffering from speech. Call names of my son. I call my elder son with younger son name. While reading , words are misspelled. Lack of concentration. feel all nervos system is tight. feel loosing balance. I feel as my car at stationery is moving when I see the opposite direction cars moves. It for a movement. No concentration. No presence of mind. What I have do to recover from this problem. No interest in any thing. feel tired if I go out.
