Suggest Treatment For Speech Trouble While Suffering From Dementia

90 year old female with dementia and depression is having trouble with speech but no sign of facial paralysis or weakness in extremities. Skin is cool to touch although patient does not feel cold . She is on meds for hypertension and palpatations. Her dementia has resulted in her being placed in an asssisted living facility. Family is worried about TIA

I really appreciate your concern, certain conditions are there and that could be possible reasons for the symptoms like geriatric condition, hypertension induced cerebral pathologies, if TIA being suspected then it needs CT of brain senile condition could be another condition hope this information helps.
