Suggest Treatment For Spermatarrhea

Hi doctor,
I am 48 years old men, suffering from spermatarrhea (dhatu rog) since last 5 years. my health is very weak. i did not find any permanent solution for this. please suggest me what should i do. which type of treatment i need to take. pls help i am very fade off..

Thanks for query.
The white discharge you get after urination is not semen but it is a mucus secreted by Bulbo Urethral Glands located in Bulbar urethra.

There is nothing to be worried about it and it is not going to affect your sexual life in future .You do not need to take any treatment.
