Suggest Treatment For Spina Bifida

i am 48 yrs old,, i have spina bifida , hydrochepolous and a shunt walk with aid of crutches and with 5 years been a epileptic,, had a fall 31.12.2014 an at time it was nothing,, but from every week onwards it has gone into excruciating pain,, had 3 charterd physios ,, man said trapped nerve was problem.. cant handle it much longer,, waiting for mri but possible might not be able give 1 because of shunt,, no records for back in 1966,, 1969 onward,, clinic has to no if they titanium or a metal object,, but from what i no it is a tube only.. have not got private insurance only a medical card,,cant even get a wheelchair to go around in,, and only now i see,, my answer has to be paid for,, so that ends that,, good bye
