I suffering from spinal cord (cervical c5-c6) compressiong. there isnumbness in legs > in right toes . difficulty in walking, standing. doctors advised dis fusion/instrumentation. Please advise somealternative conservative tretment. thanks I am 53 year old. gs bisht
