Suggest Treatment For Spinal Stenosis

I had a lumbar spinal fusion 2 yrs ago due to spinal stenosis and spondilolythesis. I continue to have pressure pain in my hips and lower back. I am not able to stand for long periods of time or walk long distances. I thought I would be alot better after surgery but I am not. Do you think I have permanent nerve damage or what?
