Suggest Treatment For Spine Fracture

Hello Doctor... My dad met with an accident. His spinal cord behind the neck exactly got broken..i.e in total 7 bones 3 got broken and the disc has been dismandled... the operation for it is success as per the doctors.... He could now jus move his hands and legs very little. He couldn stand, when we make him stand hid knee's are not supporting.... it falls. He feels the urine flow few seconds earlier, sometimes he couldn realise tat also...... he always tells tat his legs are paining for the 24 hours continuosly.... actually he dont have hope tat is the main problem.... He is not getting conveinced with what we saying...
